Before starting the online application, please ensure you have all the documentation required. Please see the ‘Attachments’ checklist. Your attachments must be titled with your child’s name and the type of document for example: “John Smith Birth Certificate”
Once we have received your application, we will be in touch with you to arrange an enrolment meeting to join our Senior School whānau.
Documents required for enrolment
When you make your application you will need to complete and share the following documentation and completed forms. Electronic versions of the required forms, in pdf format, can be download from the resources section on this page:
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport / Visa
- Copy of Immunisation / Vaccination Record
- Address confirmation form
- Copy of last school report
- ID photo
- Course selection form completed
- Current year NCEA results from previous school
- NZQA Record of Achievement
If you need assistance with the online enrolment process, you can visit the administration reception for an enrolment pack. All forms must be completed, with copies of required documents and returned to reception.
